The Remuneration and Nominations Committee is responsible for making sure we follow national pay and terms and condition frameworks for our employees.
The committee also makes sure we meet our responsibilities in appropriately setting the remuneration, allowances and terms and conditions for our chief executive, very senior managers and board members.
The Remuneration and Nominations Committee also oversees the nominations and appointments to board member roles.
