The Health and Care Act (2022) requires each Integrated Care Board (ICB) to have a Constitution.
Our Constitution, developed with our South West London Integrated Care System partners and other stakeholders, sets out our purpose, powers, and governance and leadership arrangements to ensure the effective discharge of our duties and responsibilities.
Our Constitution is therefore an important document that sets out what we do and how we work.
